1. Pooja Booking Cancellations

Cancellation Window Refund
72+ hours before ceremony Full refund (100%)
24–72 hours before ceremony 75% refund — 25% retained to cover pandit blocking fee
Under 24 hours before ceremony No refund — pandit and samagri already dispatched
No-show (customer unreachable) No refund

Samagri kit refund: If you opted for a samagri kit and cancel more than 24 hours before, the kit charge is refunded in full. If the kit has already been dispatched (within 24 hours), the kit charge is non-refundable but the kit is yours to keep.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a booking free of charge if the request is made 48+ hours before the original ceremony date, subject to pandit availability. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the ceremony is treated as a cancellation + new booking and is subject to the refund schedule above.

3. Cancellation by Devaura

If Devaura cancels a booking (e.g., due to pandit unavailability and no backup available), you will receive a full refund (100%) plus a 10% service credit towards your next booking. We will notify you as early as possible and offer to reschedule.

4. Shop Order Returns

Non-perishable products: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Full refund issued upon receipt and inspection.

Perishable products (fresh flowers, panchamrit kit, items marked "perishable"): Non-returnable, non-refundable. If you receive a damaged or incorrect perishable item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will issue a full refund or replacement.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For Pay After Pooja bookings where no payment was collected, no refund is applicable — the booking is simply cancelled.
